    Pour water over the meat, salt it, and place it over low heat for 2-3 hours.

    When the meat starts to separate from the bone, it's time to cut the vegetables. All vegetables are cut quite large. Cut the potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, tomato, and onion. Slice the garlic.

    Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot. Leave on low heat for 30 minutes.

    Add the bell pepper, let it cook a little, for 15-20 minutes.

    Add the tomato and onion. Stir. Then add the spices and garlic. Leave, again on low heat, for 20-30 minutes. Before serving, chop the herbs and add them to each portion of shurpa. Enjoy your meal!
