Creamy Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 1/4 cup cream
- Parmesan and basil to finish
Steps
- 1Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- 2Warm olive oil, soften the garlic, then stir in passata and cream.
- 3Toss pasta through the sauce and finish with parmesan and basil.
